Yo......how did a thread about Hillary get to a bridge in Florida?
    Magic.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

I pledge allegiance to the Constitution as written and understood by this nation's founders, and to the Republic it created, an indivisible union of sovereign States, with liberty and justice for all.

I hope you will accept my advice here (even if it was unrequested).

The House (whether in Puerto Rico or Las Vegas) has the odds rigged in its own favor; so it is bound to win, over the long term.

A customer might--might--win over the short term.

But it is really not likely.

And subjective criteria--such as "feeling lucky"--really do not alter the odds; and it is playing the odds that keeps casinos in business.

So I am truly hoping that you will not help to enrich the casino, while making yourself a bit less well off.

(I know that you did not request my advice; but I hope that you will take it in the spirit in which it was given.)

I appreciate the advice, but I don’t gamble. I know the system is rigged for the casino, because that’s the only way they can keep their doors open and prosper.

The race to the bottom refers to a competitive state where a company, state or nations attempts to undercut the competition's prices by sacrificing quality standards or worker safety, defying regulations, or paying low wages. The race to the bottom can also occur among nations and regions. For example, a jurisdiction may relax regulation and compromise the public good in an attempt to attract investment, for example, the building of a new factory or corporate office.
Although there are legitimate ways to compete for business and investment dollars, the race to the bottom is used to characterize competition that has crossed ethical lines and could be destructive for the parties involved.
Most people are familiar with the term, exegesis.

Probably less familiar is the term, eisegesis. (Basically, it just means reading something into a text, rather than taking something out of a text that really is there.)

Since the article you cited does not mention the Republican Party (whose name you childishly corrupted), does it seem possible to you that you could be guilty of the latter?

You aren't smarter than the average 12 year old. I don't hate you, I pity you.

I simply established the origins of this bad idea. Barack Hussein O brought is far closer to a vast, powerful, central control over every facet of our lives. So far the idiot Republicans in the Congress are in lockstep with him.
