So, I just heard the weather report for TG, it is just too early in the year for negative degree wind chills! Stay warm North Easterners!!

We had negative without wind chills . in fact we pretty much ignore wind chills unless they are well below zero. Still, -15 degrees on the day after TG is too much , too quick even here.

Yes the power went out where it happened. It was rated V111.

In Butte county Cal, mudslides and flash flooding going on. Evacuations. 2 debris flows have trapped fire engines, Butte county sheriffs, and approx. 50 people on Honey Run Rd. Flows are 5-6 feet high according to Cal Fire
