99.9% of what I do is defend companies and individuals that get sued. Two things that always amaze me:

1. The care that companies go through to protect consumers;
2. The careless that companies go about the obvious.

My furnace at home is managed through Mrs. U's iPhone. She gets alerts, can change it, can call the HVAC company etc. That UH didn't have these redundancies in place is amazing.
