What was the first Movie you ever saw in a theatre?

For me, it was 1959, I was five years old, and my mother took me to a downtown Indianapolis theatre to see North By Northwest and Gordon Scott in Tarzan's Greatest Adventure.

I haven't ever gotten around to watching NBN again, but I can still remember certain scenes from it. Oddly, probably the most famous scene from that movie, where Cary Grant is being chased by a crop-dusting plane, I don't remember. Certain scenes from the Tarzan film - one of the all-time best, btw - stuck in my long-term memory, as well.

'The Valachi Papers'... The seven of us at a drive-in in a Chevy station wagon. All us kids were in PJs. The littlest ones hid under blankets in back so Dad didn't have to pay for all the children. We made homemade popcorn in a pan on the stove 50/50 oil and butter. It went into a paper grocery bag. We brought soda in cans. Dad left early when a cheating girlfriend was choked to death with her boyfriend's severed junk in one scene IIRC. He had to know something like that was going to happen if the movie is rated R. lol

What is this Movie of which you speak??? LOL

I think that it was at a drive in with my parents. and it was the Jungle Book, though that may have just been the cartoon in front of the movie.

I don't remember. But I do remember going to the drive-ins and seeing a lot of Clint Eastwood with my parents as a 5 -10 year old. My best friends brother became manager of the top theaters in Dallas when I was a teen so I could see movies free a lot. I still attend movies to this day. I enjoy it. One of the big things I remember was trying to sneak peek at Midnight Cowboy. It was garnering a lot of attention but was taboo for youngsters.

I would guess the Godfather. Loved that Boobie seen as a 12 or so year old.
I am tired of everyone fighting with each other. This is all by design.

Valachi is one of the few movies I've ever walked out on - the castration scene being the catalyst.
