I always get myself in trouble when I talk about these subjects, so I'm not going to reply to anything anyone says on this thread. I'd just like to know what the overall opinion is about this topic in general so that I can tailor the way I talk about these matters to this particular message board better in the future. Each and every such case needs to be evaluated individually for merit. You can't lump them all together and assume everyone is "probably" lying or "probably" telling the truth.

I believe this thread will fail given the poor choices in the poll.

Maybe you should consider crafting a better poll.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

Every case needs to be handled individually. To be sure, a lot of women are raped. Their are also a lot of men whose lives have been ruined because of a false charge that stuck.
