How about everybody reads the article and then mentions me when they actually want to discuss the issue like rational human beings rather than just $#@!ing nonsensically?

    Great. Terrific. See you never.

I thought I asked a very reasonable question, after researching it beforehand.

How do you think the deficit should be dealt with? What programs would you cut or eliminate entirely? How much money would that save annually and how much of the budget would become surplus?

It would be interesting to know what your plan would be.

Even if they cut spending significantly in nunmerous areas, it still wouldn't be enough. I am not a proponent of raising taxes, but I also don't really see a realistic way to deal with the deficit.

Cutting the corporate tax rate is just common sense.

Not if you want American businesses to be stuck with the disadvantage with all other businesses with the Global Economy. You do understand that we are now in the Middle of the pack with corporate taxes. Not the bottom correct?

There is only one way to cut the deficit. Stop spending money.

Which you say isn't enough. But then As the Economist Daniel J. Mitchell has stated over the years. It is the only way to get rid of the deficit. Naturally the Libertarians were against Trumps Omnibus bill.

As a matter of fact he was on the Larry Elder show yesterday and as can be expected Pelosi and her plan was a key subject.

Hour 1 Economist Daniel J. Mitchell speaks to Larry about Trump’s trade policy and the state of the economy.

Mitchell is a deficit hawk. I would recommend you read up on him. This way you wont be confused by anything the Demos are saying. Or lying about. Oh and not a Conservative. Just in case the Leftness was looking to play that card.

By increasing tax revenues through GDP growth due to tax cuts, plus stopping the DNC from blackmailing the country into paying for their pet "giveaways" , or they'll block funding from our already-cut-to-the-bone military, like they just did.

    There's a start.

the fact that Pelosi would indicate that she would repeal the tax cuts and put her own plan into affect is a direct threat to the taxpayers.
We are considered to be cash cows for the liberal agenda...........and we are tired of it. Dems rarely keep their promises, and they have never enacted tax cuts to the middle class. All the last two dem presidents have done is burden us with the bills for failures and increased taxes to boot.

The only way to deal with the deficit is to put the brakes on spending, while maintaining growth. We cannot tax our way out of this.
