Now they have to get the democrats to allow an appointment which they havent. However, there is a rule reversal coming in the senate. Seems in 2013 the democrats used a tactic to get obama appointees then rescinded it after they got what they wanted. The GOP is going to reimplement the same rule, Karma is a $#@!
