I don't know who Alex Jones is and I don't listen to Rush, but neither of them are news from what I understand. Moreover, they are not the equivalent of yelling "fire" in a crowded theater. The question in every case, as stated by the USC, is whether the words used are used in such circumstances and are of such a nature as to create a clear and present danger that they will bring about the substantive evils that Congress has a right to prevent. Neither are a clear nor present danger.

Personally, I like Andrew Wilkow.
