Many Feminists and Liberals in MSM claim that men are Privileged Oppressors. Most women and men in the Western World accept this concept, since they are not aware of discrimination experienced by men. Being available via a simple Google search, the facts are not secret. Men are discriminated in Divorce procedures and Family Courts. Male offenders are more likely to be arrested and convicted then female offenders on the same evidence. Once convicted, men on average get 63\% longer penalty for the same crime. Men accused of Sexual Offenses are presumed guilty by College Tribunals and MSM. Male victims of Domestic Violence are more likely to be arrested then helped by Law Enforcement. Male bashing and Violence Against Men are widely acceptable in MainStream Media. These are just the most important forms of Discrimination Against Men -- many men could give much more detailed account of discrimination they have experienced.

Different advocates for true gender equality and Mens Human Rights focus on different issues. In my opinion the single most important issue faced by men is silencing of men and some women who raise awareness about the issues mentioned above. Anyone who talks or writes about discrimination faced by men is subject to personal attacks and abuse. Anyone who is persistent in talking about these issues, or anyone who talks to a large enough audience is subject to much more abuse as well as the loss of job/career.

Someone who posts on small mostly Conservative forums gets little abuse. On Liberal forums, anyone persistent in these issues is almost certain to be subject to much abuse and a ban. On Twitter most users who advocate for men have been purged. CyberAbusers are very calculating and strategic --- they concentrate most of their attacks on those who have most followers.

Broadcasters who even mention men's issues in MSM are subject to the worst abuse, since they bring information to most people. Tucker Carlson did four shows on hardships faced by men. He was subject to vile personal abuse by several Liberal Media sources -- thousands of people posted vilest personal insults directed at him. Abuser's goal was not to disprove his ideas, but to make an example out of him and to silence anyone who plans to talk about these issues in the future.

Christina Hoff Sommers has been a true hero by speaking for male victims of abuse and discrimination. Over the years she has suffered very much abuse and bullying for her views. Recently her talk was disrupted. SPLC accused her of "Male Supremacy".

Anyone who raises men's issues offline risks his/her career. Most men who talk about men's issues on the forums are afraid to mention them even to their friends.

Aside from plain facts, we should appreciate the cruelty of the mind game which misandrists play on male victims of abuse/discrimination. They have the Power to punish men for the slightest disagreement and they use this power to force men to accept that men are the Powerful Privileged Oppressors.

Hopefully men's issues can gain a mainstream place at least among Strong Conservatives. Men should be grateful to President Trump and Betsy DeVos for defending the Due Process. Even men who lean Left on other issues should understand that many Liberals see them as Oppressors, while Strong Conservatives see them as full Humans.

However, although some men are abused and some women make up stories as a form of revenge or spite, there are a great number of men who are not only abusive but use death threats or threats against their own children to keep women in a relationship. The fact that males are physically larger, stronger and tend to earn more money than women contributes to the power disparity between heterosexual mates. Additionally, males often have more access to the means to obtain counsel than women. It is not unknown for a man with considerable means to wrest custody from a good mother, even if he has little desire to interact with his children.

There are certainly women who use child support as family support and don't bother finding jobs or working. On the other hand, there are possessive men who will sue for custody just to ensure that the ex-wife doesn't win.

Overall, on a statistical basis, women are in the inferior position when it comes to paying for a divorce and many men are determined not to even pay child support. The Courts recognize the unlevel playing field and if the children are young, will more often then not award custody to the mother.

I certainly don't think that innocent i.e nonabusive men should be left living in adverse circumstances in order to pay inflated child support that is defacto alimony.

I was listening to some married guys talk and they are concerned about interaction with women at work and out in public. Not so much their wives. That they are conscious of watching what they say and do.


Worried about harmless flirting and the familiarity they have with women they have worked with for years. Even with women they consider to be a friend.

Actually the percentage of those abused which are men would shock you. Especially when it comes to verbal and other non physical forms of abuse. Also the rate of abuse in Lesbian relationships is quite high. But the focus is almost 100% on women as victims and men as abusers. Much like our over simplistic societal view of racism as a one way street.
Further proof that the system is out to feed off these issues not fix them. You can't fix a multi directional problem by refusing to see that it is multi directional.
Until recently men were abused again by family court and even today the difference in punishment handed out by the justice system favors women over men more than it favors whites over blacks. But yet we never hear about any of that.

I am primarily an expert about the situation on societal level -- like Media Representation. Over decades, only women's problems are mentioned in MSM, while men are seen as the problem. Most men do not see that as their immediate problem, yet over decades MSM changes public perception away from any empathy toward men.
