The suspect who plowed into a crowd of pedestrians in Toronto Monday has been identified as Alek Minassian
Minassian, 25, struck the crowd at Yonge Street and Finch Avenue East. The van drove onto the sidewalk in at least two locations, authorities said.

Minassian is an Armenian name. Chances are he wasn't Muslim since most Armenians are Christian.

I suspect that if it's more complicated than buying a bunch of guns or renting a truck, it would require actually giving a **** about other people and caring about right and wrong at which point they would just shoot themselves or OD on something.

I don't know for sure but he is from the ME a refugee and was known to the police. But not everyone in the ME is Muslim and not every white skinned person here is a conservative or Christian. I don't want to be like the media, if they guy had white skin they would already be calling him a Nazi. I will wait and see if any truth comes out. From Canada may be hard with their hate speech laws.
