State Department and Clinton Foundation .....


Government watchdog Judicial Watch has found a series of new emails belonging to former Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton that contain classified information. They were stored on her unsecured server. Further, they show collusion between the Clinton Foundation and the State Department.


Out of 281 pages of new emails, ten contain classified information and "appear to be among those that Clinton had attempted to delete or had otherwise failed to disclose."

Don't worry too much, most of what they classify is just to make it look like they are accomplishing something or hide the small percentage that really needs classification. TRILLIONS of pages in a free society? Give me a break.

Under Title 18- our US criminal code there are separate charges for lying to a fed, and lying under oath.

I don't know if they can persue a perjury charge. Hillary Clinton was never questioned under oath about this and nearly her entire staff was given immunity.

She was under Oath before Congress when she stated she didn't send or receive any classified emails. Chaffetz did put in the referral to the FBI before he retired.

Data that originates in a classified sensor remains classified to protect the sensor's capabilities. Human intelligence is classified to protect the identity of the source. The executive branch has specific categories that must be used if the information is to be protected.
