    Bill Cosby's Lawyer Falls Asleep During Testimony. I have been there -- watching a video that you've seen 3 or 4 times, in a dark courtroom -- it can be brutal b/c you don't want the jury to think you think aren't paying attention. I can literally be brutal. I have told a clerk to make sure that I don't nod off -- to talk to me, to nudge me etc. It's bad. But -- this? In such a large trial? OMO!!
