Because anything you say can and WILL be held against you in a court of law. He convicted himself because he didn't keep his mouth shut on drugs that were acceptable back then per his words. What a person thinks is helping them usually isn't. Even if you said "no I didn't pick up this" that is putting yourself near the crime scene. Always let a lawyer talk and remain silent.

I am also wondering, isn't there a statue of limitations? This took place in 2004.

Was there DNA evidence? I'm not saying he didn't do it, just wondering how, after so many years have gone by, what actual evidence did they have.

I mean, forget the statue of limitations, how is this provable beyond a shadow of a doubt? I'm guessing this all conjecture based storytelling from the prosecutor with nothing outside of weak circumstantial evidence and emotional heart string pulling from the witnesses. I don't like it, this isn't how our system should function. It's a disgrace.

Not me. I may have criticized Obama for things Obama did but certainly never called him out on things he had nothing to do with.

I neither liked nor disliked either Clinton or Obama. I was highly opposed to their policies (although in retrospect Clinton was no worse than Bush in the long run)

Some posters bring up President Donald Trump if you are speaking of the dirt track races at the old J C Agajanian Ascot race track in the 60's. This was one of those instances.

Guilty until proven innocent. she identified the "three blue pills " he gave her. Sounds like she took them willingly to me.

I don't understand the question. He put himself near the crime area, he admitted he gave her something to relax, and claimed the sex was consensual. Exactly why would they need DNA?

A good lawyer wouldn't have put him in the area, wouldn't have allowed him to say he gave her anything, and made the prosecutor prove this happened. But Cosby chose to speak. Now it's his word against hers, he helped the prosecutor.

It doesn't matter they believed her instead of him.
