I had this pop-up appear several times during my visits here. Today, it showed up everywhere in my browser selections. My internet is now moving at half speed.
It did show up here first.

it takes a lot longer than 5 seconds. Sometimes it moves so slowly that it kicks me out of what I was trying to do, like correct a post, or put a new post up.
