I do appreciate libertarian challenges and I've said that many times. The discussions are typically civil and...well actually interesting. Not sure how I feel about this idea though. Do I really want a bethere crowing about how the forum couldn't go on without him? Who was banned anyway? bethere, del, Cigar and a bunch of "WN" none of whom I can remember because their stays were so short.

By the way, I don't consider you part of the nursing home gang. You often get into arguments with them.

As for Bethere returning and bragging, whatever. I don't care. Anything is more interesting than this crap.

I used to post much more often, but I kept getting in trouble when people didn't agree with everything I said.

Like when I gave an opinion on the brain-dead kid - this is the response I got from a poster I had respected:

It is shameful how they have managed to take a young brain and fill it full of... something other than reason.

People get discouraged when the only response is a personal attack - no explanation why my opinion is considered wrong. I replied, but I probably won't bother much in future.

How many times has that happened with other people - and we wonder why this place is dying?

Kudos, however, to Peter and Common who try to rev the forum up in the mornings with current events etc.
