FBI officials Jim Baker, Lisa Page resign from bureau

Looks like the noose is tightening , indeed.

On the night after Federal Circuit Judge Ellis tore into the Mueller Witch Hunt, demanding to see the SPECIFIC CONDITIONS/LIMITS of its MANDATE, two of the central figures in the seditious conspiracy scandal in the Obama Swamp KGB-FBI/DOJ are bailing out of the FBI.

This also after the OIG of the DOJ report is delayed, due to "NEW LEADS" in the probe of the Clinton email investigation, in which they are ALSO BOTH ENTANGLED.

They claim to be leaving to "pursue other options"; I guess "Traitors r US" must be hiring....

FBI officials Jim Baker, Lisa Page resign from bureau

Two FBI officials who worked closely with embattled former bureau director James Comey have left the agency, Fox News has confirmed.

Jim Baker, a top FBI lawyer who was reassigned in late 2017 after being linked to a journalist who wrote about the so-called "Trump dossier," is reportedly looking to join the Brookings Institution, a Washington think tank.

Lisa Page, whose electronic communications with another FBI employee drew accusations of political bias, "resigned" Friday to "pursue other opportunities," an FBI spokesperson told Fox News.
Baker had been the subject of a Justice Department investigation on suspicion of leaking classified information about the so-called “Trump dossier” – a document that supposedly contained evidence about the Trump campaign's connection to Russia.

Page, who was previously a member of Robert Mueller’s special counsel team, came under fire for allegedly sending “anti-Trump” text messages to a colleague.

She was one of Comey’s advisers in 2016 when the former director announced the bureau would not pursue criminal charges against Hillary Clinton for her handling of classified emails.

I read that earlier, they should have been fired months ago too.

Of course they are resigning.....more than likely they got word that the OIG will be looking to place a recommendation that they be fired.

Hopefully the OIG will refer for criminal charges, at least on Page.

Wow! There's always a chance that FBI sackings will reach the proportion of White House sackings but I won't hold my breath.

The FBI shouldn't ever have to fire anyone. If you lived here you might be able to tell the difference between politics and law enforcement. Of course. Maybe these crooks couldn't either.

    Doesn't look like it.

According to the Daily Caller, the DOJ's inspector general is "expected to release a report this month that will focus more heavily on Strzok and Page. Strzok was sent to the FBI’s human resources division after his removal from the Mueller team." .....snip~

You should worry more about White House sackings, since the replacements are worse than the original picks, which didn't amount to much either.
