Nielsen Educates Dem Senator On Illegal Immigration

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen schooled a Democratic senator on the law during a Tuesday congressional hearing on illegal immigration.

Sen. Patty Murray asked Nielsen if DHS is weighing the use ways other than detention to handle illegal immigrants, and Nielsen explained that if they are dealing with criminal illegal immigrants then they turn that person over to U.S. Marshals and there is no alternative to detention.
“I just want to say again — if you cross in between the ports of entry…” Nielsen started.
Murray then suggested that Nielsen’s opposition to illegal immigration is part of her political philosophy rather than her duty to follow the nation’s laws.
“I know what your philosophy is,” Murray said, cutting her off.

“It’s not a philosophy, it’s a law Congress passed,” Nielsen said exasperatedly. “So those people need to come to the ports if they want to seek asylum.”

If you are against illegal immigration, those that are for it try to intimidate you in a variety of ways.
First they say you are tearing families apart, then its they are coming her to do the jobs no one else will do, then its they are coming here to make a better life. All that may very well be true but if they want that come here LEGALLY.

We cannot afford to screw our own citizens that need to take illegal immigrants from around the world if they can make it to run over the border. We are under no obligation to give away any funds to illegals that takes away from americans.

We have americans with no healthcare, we have americans that cant live without food stamps and welfare, we struggle and go in deep debt to pay for these things and then they want us to do it for millions of illegal immigrants.

I will say it again the democrats misjudge the illegal immigration issue and the trend is against it not for it.

Patty Murray is one of my Senator’s. It’s a mystery how she gets re-elected. No one admits to voting for her. She’s as dumb as a post. .
