The problem is DC as a whole, we have far too many politicians that have been there too long and stopped representing the country a long time ago. With the way districts are made it is extremely hard to unseat a sitting member of Congress.
I am a huge Term limit fan, but I do not see that ever happening

Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.
