Time for him to stop dunking the bottle. A visit to the local AA chapter might be of benefit to him and society.

I suspect he won't have a choice. The judge will require it along with some other type of addiction treatment.

My Son in law responded to a call in a restaurant, getting there he was told there was a fight in the mens room. He goes in one guy standing there with his pants off, the other in a pool of blood on the floor, the urinal is broken and water is running on the floor.

He calls for a med wagon and back up arrives, they take the guy with no pants outside and asked him what happened.

He said he was taking a leak in the urinal this guy comes to the next urinal and intentionally starts peeing on him and trying to grab his penis. He said he grabbed and slammed his head on the urinal. The damn urinal broke thats how hard he slammed his head. He said he took his pants off because they were soaked with pee. One went to the hospital the other to the precinct until they could figure it all out.

I hope the guy who got pissed on didn't get charged.

Maybe. He seems like an older person, so there is a good chance this is a long term problem. When younger people get forced into these programs it tends to not be very productive.
