    I hope the guy who got pissed on didn't get charged.

    If the judge does require him to get help, long term I believe he'll thank the judge for requiring him to get help.

    Maybe. He seems like an older person, so there is a good chance this is a long term problem. When younger people get forced into these programs it tends to not be very productive.
