Thank you for your generous offer but we must decline. There is the appropriate answer. Besides we're talking about the American government here, I doubt they could do the studies and write the plans for much under 2 billion, much less build and maintain a base.

Poland is part of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

As long as we remain in NATO we are committed to Poland's defense.

We have never put troops on the front lines or any other lines in Israel. That's just your anti-semitism coming out.

I'm not surprised. There is a long history of Polish antipathy toward Russia as well as a current belief in both Poland and Ukraine that the Russians are trying to create tension between both countries and undermine the growing ties between western Ukraine and Poland.

That long history also the watermark for the West. If anyone thinks Russian aggression stops at the Polish border, those folk don't know their history, I might have to use Google Maps to teach them the lesson. That has been learned countless times. You must draw a line. One cannot sit there and make every new line a decision about whether it affects the West or the US. Draw a line....like we finally did entering WWII, like we did where the Iron Curtain dropped...like we still do today. Since before WWII, the West has been committed to Poland.
