I can drive my car to a bar, have a beer and not be under the influence of alcohol. I can't drive to a marijuana tasting room, sample a small amount of marijuana and not be under the influence.

I think it's prudent to not allow commercial marijuana tasting rooms.

What does the governor’s opinion of the law have to do with whether or not it is a good/justified law?
"Each time a man stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope, and crossing each other from a million different centers of energy and daring, those ripples build a current that can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance."

What does that have to do with the merits of the law itself?

How is disallowing marijuana tasting rooms unjustified? I think it's prudent to disallow their existence. Like I said, people can consume small amounts of alcohol and not be under the influence. You can't say the same thing about marijuana. Allowing these operations would be putting public safety at risk.
