    The Racial Double Standard

one half of our "one major party" needs people to remain down trodden victim mentalities in order to get votes. So they creat the illusion.
If anyone doesn't agree imagine what would have happened to the dems if significant socio-economic gains were made by a high number of blacks.

It's also a great money maker for the rich. The left cries we must help the poor with welfare and takes our money to do it, and where do the poor spend that money, at big box food and merchandise stores. Bleeding the middle class dry.

The right cries that all the poor people are taking their money, when in fact the working class and elderly take way more in medicare and shadow welfare. And the military takes more yet. So, your complaint is irrelevant. You can stop repeating it.

This is supposed to be a serious topic, on the serious side. The topic is the racial double standard. Care to discuss that?

I paid 8% on top of my income tax for what I get. It's not welfare when I paid for it. You sound like the radical right here now. You are trying to play both sides now. Do you even believe anything you say?

I am guessing that you are simply pointing out the obvious, as concerning "the working class" (and other Americans, as well), viz.: Once they retire, they receive from the pool of benefits into which they once contributed.

But just what, exactly, you might mean by "shadow welfare," I have absolutely no idea...

Shadow welfare is welfare provided to the working class by employers, and subsidized by the government. It and medicare are the reason why the working class and the elderly benefit the most from the American welfare system. Not poor or unemployed people.

    "Shadow welfare" lol

That reminds me of the study progressive morons used to cite claiming whites were the largest recipients of welfare. Once you read the article, which progressive morons rarely do, you find out that SS and Medicare are considered welfare for the purposes of that study.
Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.
