he was cooperating by answering questions. He explained what he was doing there and even offered to prove it. They should have allowed that much....but it is all about dominating. even when it isn't called for................
as far as their actions go, yes, sometimes it can be most difficult when you are faced with the verbal abuse everyday, but as we've seen in the past 15 years, you, sometimes don't have to do a damned thing to have their wrath visited upon you. But what's really an issue, is when they outright lie to justify their action.....even when the cameras backup the defendants claim.
there needs to be accountability on BOTH sides for inhuman actions.
No!! telling him to sit is not over reach its a common police trained tactic, when ordered to sit you sit its not hard. He was refusing to sit, they had every right to use force to make him sit, they used excessive force in this case
