You meant impossible. You already said you know more than the people who wrote and ratified the Constitution. That puts you right up there with all our left-wing loons. Different feathers, same bird.

For those instances where you are living in error and I am correct, yes.

Any one of us can know more about the development and meaning of the Constitution than any one of the framers. We have a vast written record to draw upon. We can read what they read and wee can read what all of them thought about and documented.

Of course, if you choose not to read you have no advantage over those who had no opportunity to do so.

Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

I pledge allegiance to the Constitution as written and understood by this nation's founders, and to the Republic it created, an indivisible union of sovereign States, with liberty and justice for all.

It isn't about any one of the delegates to the Convention or the legislatures who ratified it. It's about you knowing more than the rest of them knowing less than you. You act as if the notes and journals and the Federalist papers were written in a secret language only you understand.

No, you don't have more knowledge than they did. You have less and only you don't know that.

No, you don't have more knowledge than they did. You have less and only you don't know that.
Any one of us who chooses to can know more than any one of the Framers about the underlying political philosophies, how the Framers developed their compromises and why. We can read all of the notes on the Constitutional debates as well as the arguments for and against ratifying the Constitution.

But one must be willing to read. No one can help you with that.

There are still 30 million people without health coverage. The ACA only took care of 20 million people. I would not call the ACA a success based on these numbers.
