I would add that the press is here to keep power in check. They are doing a good job of that as well.

They are not.

They have taken political sides. They obviously favor one political ideology. They spin and shape the news to support their political agenda.


They report and fail to report the same stories. When it comes to the stories and events they report, their coverage is repetative. It doesn't matter which network you watch. They most,y report the same story from the same point of view.

When a particular network or news agency dares to stray from the establishment narrative, the rest attack that network or publication.

I would agree that they tend to harp on the same subject over and over again and frankly that just becomes boring. You should watch the PBS news hour. They don't do that.

I've seen some great programming on PBS. When they get to the Polar bear looking sad with no ice in sight shows I change the channel. Oh, same for that damn Riverdance and Three Texas Tenors crappola. lol
