Very serious charges against the Trump Foundation have been filed by the state of New York. The scope and variety of these charges is unprecedented. I, personally believe they are true.
I also believe that the Clinton Foundation is probably guilty of the same kind and severity of violations and should be thoroughly investigated as well.

I also believe that Trump is immune from civil cases while he's in office, I could be wrong, but I'm probably not

I didn't include the Obama Foundation because I wasn't aware the there was an Obama Foundation. Also, I believe Obama, while probably guilty of some lapses in ethics (as are most of the politicians in D. C.), I feel his character and ethics are a couple steps higher than Clinton and Trump.

LOL. First, I love your sense of humor. Second, believing Barack Hussein O's character and ethics are superior to anyone's diminishes your credibility.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

The Justice Department has launched a new inquiry into whether the Clinton Foundation engaged in any pay-to-play politics or other illegal activities while Hillary Clinton served as secretary of State, law enforcement officials and a witness tells The Hill.
FBI agents from Little Rock, Ark., where the foundation was started, have taken the lead in the investigation and have interviewed at least one witness in the last month, and law enforcement officials said additional activities are expected in the coming weeks.
The officials, who spoke only on condition of anonymity, said the probe is examining whether the Clintons promised or performed any policy favors in return for largesse to their charitable efforts or whether donors made commitments of donations in hopes of securing government outcomes.

Jeebus, most of these foundations are shady forms of legal tax evasion where most of the money never reaches its stated target. From what I've read about Trump's foundation, he hasn't put a dime of his own money into it since 2008, but donates the funds to other charities in his own name, apart from using some to pay for a $20K portrait of himself and donating some to a political campaign fund (not his own).
