So once again we have five men and women in black dresses who decide critical issues. This is not the role of the courts. Courts decide cases and controversies. Legislators, who we vote for, legislate.

The world is turned upside down. The legislators do nothing worthwhile. The Executive branch so-called Independent Agencies write nearly all of our laws. The courts write many important laws. And Presidents routinely write or modify laws.

This is a massive increase in governmental power. It comes at the expense of the individual and small businesses.
