There is no possibility that the jacket was chosen randomly. For one thing, Melania would not be caught dead shopping at Zara, probably not even in her 20's as a struggling model. Let's be realistic here. Given the criticism by the media over every little thing that she wears, I expect that this was intended as a poke in the eye for the MSM. I can't really blame her for being annoyed in that respect but given that the media is more infotainment than actual journalism, that's the reality in this century. It's only going to get worse. The problem is that her timing was off and the message could be taken adversely, given the circumstances. FWIW, I don't think that she was making a statement about the border situation. She's a good mother and isn't flippant about the welfare of children.
