Im surprised that getting as far as taking the test is a requirement. As far as scoring 30% goes, maybe the reason for that is they can't read or write beyond a third grade level?

That would make him 30. Old enough to be William's father.

Not quite 30 yet, still 29 for the next 3 months. And geez, isn't William like 16? I'd have to be 12-13 years old knocking a girl up for that to have happened.

throwing it in as humor, Xl, I enjoy our exchanges. I don't disagree you show wise beyond your 20's, your 30's will be the best of your life. Enjoy.

Word of caution: Lay off booze, smoke of any kind, women, red meat, beer, BBQ, loose women, cold beer, whiskey, Rum, anything with tequila in it or on it, really loose women, all contact with gambling, and really really really loose women. Ok?

It gets worse, when I worked in an Alternative HS which are schools for kids that have been thrown out of regular HS or convicted of crimes, have ankle bracelets on etc, another words its a different name for Reform School.

When they had to take the test, they put them all [All who showed up] in a hall and gave them all the answers, then told so many to mark incorrect these questions and another group to mark others incorrect.

They handed kids diplomas that werent in school 30 days a year. I asked the principle who was a professor and supposed expert in alternative education what are they going to do with that piece of paper when they cant count to 50, his answer was have a chance. HAVE A CHANCE AT WHAT exactly

If you are going to fix anything you have to find the root cause. In this case let us not pretend that the public school system is about education or "the children". It is now a government jobs program designed to move tax dollars from the productive to the government class. In this case the teachers union. This is no different from TSA which is another jobs program that on the surface is about secure. TSA provides no security and the teachers union does not provide any education. It is all a big game. The only way this improves is the removal of public sector employee unions. Until then I am not surprised
