Poll: Majority blame parents for border crisis

Poll: Majority blame parents for border crisis

The hard left and the media, sorry to repeat myself, are going full retard on the crisis at the border with illegals and illegals' children. A new poll shows that Americans see through the leftists bull $#@!.

According to a new Rasmussen poll, a majority of Americans blame illegal immigrant parents for the child crisis on the border over the U.S. government.

The media has put a hyper focus on the separation of families at the border over the last several weeks, leading President Donald Trump to sign an executive order ending the separation. Current U.S. law does not allow families to be detained together if the parents are referred for prosecution for illegal border crossing.

However, the Rasmussen poll shows that Americans don’t blame the Trump administration for the approximately 2,000 children who have been separated from their parents.
54 percent of likely voters polled by Rasmussen said that they think the parents are more to blame for breaking the law.
And the leftists who attack Rasmussen you are marked for mocking.

There is a lot of blame to go around. The parents are obviously to blame, but the apathetic government of Mexico and the negligent US government play big roles in this situation as well.

The question that many feel is why aren't our immigration laws the same as Mexico and Canada so we can avoid this predicament with separating families in the first place?

The fact that most of these illegals are children crossing the border by themselves where we have no choice but to keep them here. 40,000 illegals have crossed since the first the year and they are mostly still here. They are all funded by the tax payer and they are all on government healthcare. Even if there are charges against the parents, they are still here waiting to file for legal citizenship with their families since we can't keep them all together in a controlled environment for a long period of time.

Our own citizens cannot get all of the benefits that these illegals are getting because they are getting them first and we can no longer afford to give our citizens those benefits. Bleeding hearts that want to protect these children will eventually grow up and want their extended families to come here all on the tax payers dime. Where do we draw the line and say enough is enough? Must we wait until most citizens here no longer feel safe in their own neighborhoods with the increasing violence that these illegals bring here because their culture accepts a higher tolerance for violence where our citizens do not?

California which has the highest volume of illegals, there citizens are seeing a higher number of homeless people (many are illegals) which are pouring over into their neighborhoods and increasing crime. Right now we have open borders because these people are not being deported because our laws are broken and are ineffective to stop them from wanting to come here.

It is normal for many of us to feel sad that their own country is not doing anything to protect their citizens and we do relate to these illegals wanting to flee their country but the reality is we cannot afford to take care of them. If we cannot make them be able to take care of themselves because we can not provide them with jobs without sacrificing our own citizens for those same jobs, what do you think the consequences of this are for our citizens?

There are now over 40 million illegals living in this country that are working under the table or have stolen someone's identity to work in the system. Many of them may really want the opportunity for a better life but how can they if they are waiting years to gain citizenship? These people have no choice but engage in criminal activity to survive here and this does have a cost to our society.

People should not be in hysteria over these illegals until they have a solid plan for them that makes it easier to become responsible citizens in our society without hurting our own citizens. In reality it cannot be done because we only have so many jobs for the number of citizens in our country so right now we need and must have stricter laws until we are able to bring them in.

In what way is the US government negligent?

American citizens must come first. Illegal aliens, including their children, must come last.

This way of thinking loses the country.

That 5 should be an 8. Sometimes I think this country doesn't deserve to exist but I'll take what good news I can get.
