Cell phone need to be banned on all moving vehicles

Not only banned but huge fines when caught and jail time if you hurt or kill someone.
Auto insurance is going up across the country because of cell phone accidents that have surpassed drunk driving.

Laws will never prevent stupidity. I think that using cell phones while driving is generally against the law everywhere in America. I suspect that video was from Asia.

A woman here was arrested for texting while driving her mini van with 7 kids in it and hitting a pole.
Cell phone use is not illegal, many states have made texting illegal, but if there are cell phones in use in cars there will be texting and there is.

The only way to enforce it is to ban cell phone use entirely in a moving vehicle, with big penalties if you do.

Our vehicles have a Bluetooth set up. Ring or text just talk to it.

Mine to, I still find it distracting.

I use a 'hands free' setup which is about as distracting as a CD player.

I can have simple conversations but if it gets complex I find it distracting.

Yeah, I can understand that, especially if presented with a complicated problem. Sometimes I still pull over if I need to explain something in detail to resolve an issue.

Me too. When self driving cars are proven safe we can do what we want. Text, eat, watch movies, whatever. I hope that day comes soon.
