looking for more than 5 seconds and up to staring.................talking, complimenting, a touch on the arm to keep them from walking into traffic, asking them if they want a sammich from the shop since you were going for four others....holding the door open........anything and everything is sexual harassment to some women...depends on their mood at that second.
A woman can wear short shirts, high heels, thin blouse......then accuse men of sexual harassment for watching them walk away...keep walking, I ain't interested.
