Physical safety is a personal responsibility. For the most part. Of course there are those who are incapable of providing that for themselves. In those cases it becomes a social and MAYYYYBEEE a government responsibility. Are you saying that women fall into the category of being unable to provide safety for themselves?

You can't change other's behavior, only your own.

I would suggest starting by not taking disagreement with your opinions personally and then attacking the other personally.

1. You miss the point -- I actually looked at the article. The reason that the USA was put on there was b/c of the metoo and the timesup awareness. The experts never contended that the USA was suddenly unsafe for women. I know you want to believe it is. I get it. I hire and deal with experts every day. The term "expert" isn't all that it is cracked up to be legally.
2. I'm not sure what you are say when you say "random, self-described FATHER".

Let me tell you a story. Last Saturday, I had to go "down home" to a benefit for a little 3-year old girl that has leukemia, my cousin's granddaughter. "Down home" is about an hour and a quarter. I had to go to Cleveland first to a command appearance with a client. So..., Mrs. U and I drove to Cleveland, stayed 1/2 hour and the drove to 1/2 hour south of Sebring. When I got there, my 28 year old married daughter, her husband, my 23 year old daughter and her date were there, and had been there an hour. I hadn't mentioned it to them. I didn't ask them to go. I didn't know they were going. I thanked my son in law for coming and he said 'it's family'. My brothers and sisters weren't there. Their children where not there. They are all local. My kids drove down -- because it was the right thing to do. You know why? It's how they were raised, Polly. So, I'm not patting myself on the back here, but two pharmacists, debt-free, one married, happy, active, caring, giving and involved tells me that I was somewhat more than a "self-described FATHER".

3. I don't hide and will never hide from the fact that I voted for Trump.
4. He's never been accused of rape.
5. Pro tip: When you say these insane things, you lose whatever shred of credibility you seem to want to cling to.

You are right! Safety is a right! It is enshrined in the Constitution via the 2nd Amendment! A woman with a gun has the great equalizer! I think one thing we can all agree on then is that our gun rights should not be infringed upon!

In Syria there is no Second Amendment. Since in the US there is NO right women don't have they can carry a weapon as well
