    Where did we go wrong?

    It was a slum before the Hurricane

    The U.S. government, Churches and other organizations poured resources in to help rebuild.

    It is still a slum

    Is government corruption of a level that the resources that poured in did not get to the people that needed them? If so would an action by the United Nations to overthrow the current government and replace it with one not as corrupt (all governments are corrupt) be warranted?
