These kids with hair dyed various offensive colors, offensive tattoos, offensive body hardware, offensive sexual orientations, offensive attire (worn, say, around or below their ass) and ridiculous ideas that can accomplish nothing, are all in defiance of Scripture, which instructs generally adhering to accepted norms of appearance and conduct. In other words, they could be considered Satanic, with good basis for it in The Bible.

A lot of kids are always going to go for the edgy "I'm rebelling look''. The only thing different nowadays is what that look is. It's better than actual bad behaviour by a long shot.
OTOH, outlandish bright neon hair colours on grown women are, in my experience, a tell-tale sign of underlying mental issues.
