Judge Brett Good on Civil Rights

One thing I think all in this forum can agree on is that Civil Rights are important!

This article makes the argument that Judge Kavanaugh will protect our civil rights as outlined in the Bill of Rights!

I am not sure how anyone can disagree this is a good thing!

Enjoy and this might make the Leftist/Maoist contingent on here feel better about the next SCOTUS Justice.

If he is good enough for our nations oldest and most influential civil rights organization he is good enough for me!

As long as being stabbed in the back once or twice is fine.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

Mr. V. Are you referring to his opinion that Heller did not go far enough to protect our rights? Interested to hear why you feel this way

I have given my detailed reason elsewhere on this board. When ObamaCare was before his court he argued for ten minutes with the opposing attorney that a penalty was a tax. Justice Roberts said the same when Roberts saved ObamaCare by unconstitutionally rewriting the law. Roberts stabbed us in the back. Kavanaugh will likely do the same.

We can do better. We should reject Kavanaugh and demand a Constitutional Conservative.

I did not see that post. I agree that is wrong thinking. Perhaps he will evolve on the court next to Justice Gorscuh

Can you point to any liberal justice who became a Constitutional Conservative after joining the court? Or is it more likely that Kavanaugh will become another Kennedy?
