That's not how it works at all, dude. People don't turn into racist, black-hating trump supporters just from paying their taxes and having a mortgage.

Of course that's not how it worked, dude, Trump wasn't President when boomers came to the realization, being liberal was getting them nowhere and, it was time to grow up and become responsible citizens, which wasn't possible, being liberal.

If anything, changed people into, " black hating racists," it wasn't Trump or, anything he said or did, it was people like you, who thinks everyone needs to bow down, worship, give special consideration and, pay reparations, to black people....that, and the actual black people, who believe the same thing.

You see, Trump is the last president your generation will select. Once he leaves office, the millennial generation will sweep you and the rest of the boomers aside like flotsam riding an unstoppable demographic wave. And the more triumphalist you are right now, the more we are going to punish you when we take over the political system. Tread lightly, sir.

As a neoconservative (not "neocon," which is a pejorative term), I rather wish that you were correct.

But I really doubt it.

Donald Trump has pretty much taken over the Republican Party. (Some would say that he has "hijacked" it.)

You may try to advance the argument that the Democratic Party will triumph consistently in the future.

I truly doubt that.

But it is really more plausible than the argument that the Republican Party will no longer be much influenced by Trumpism.
