By law, animal bites must be investigated.... providing they're reported, of course.

Unless that is a Federal statute I maintain that laws vary by state. What may be a requirement in one state may not be a requirement in another state. My state has voter i.d. laws a neighboring state does not.

I was bitten by a dog while at work, just a nip, actually, but, since my employer was a veterinarian, he told me I had to go to the ER and, get it cleaned up.....then, he had me call animal control to report it....the ER tech also filed a dog bite report.

Come to find out, that dog had bitten before, twice.

You can't contract rabies or, tetanus, from voter fraud.

True, but what does that have to do with laws varying by state?

California does not permit open carry of firearms, the state I live in does. Yes I know one cannot get tetanus or rabies from a firearm.

Thats exactly what it is a state by state law, it is not federal law.

Florida has a ton of dog bites many in which kids and adults die. The law is flawed in the sense that many do not get reported.

You're the one who compared varying dog bite laws to, voter laws, in different states.
