    The state I live in has a voter i.d. law that has not been challenged. I love walking into the polling place in this small town, having one of the volunteers say, "Hi DLLS how are you" and then request that I show them my driver's license to prove who I am.

    That is how it always was for me as an adult, or when I accompanied my parents. It seems like common sense, but I also think there needs to be a highly affordable, highly accessible (no test, like a driver's license has) form of ID.
