My youngest dips her fries in her Frosty too. She also eats pancakes with no butter and syrup. She calls them naked cakes.

    Kid's got taste!

I love butter! But I could go without syrup.

When I was kid Dad turned me onto using fruit preserves in place of syrup.

Switch to smoothies. Frozen strawberries, frozen banana chunks, milk, blend. For variety, substitute blueberries.

I love those as well. This shop near me has add-ins like bee pollen and all kinds of hippie herbs and concoctions to go with the regular smoothie stuff. You choose two off of the list. I get the energy and immune booster add-ins in mine. It's about 8 bucks for a large but so refreshing.

In the five years I was in El Centro I think it rained once and then only about a quarter of an inch.
The Sonoran desert is home of the Saguaro Cactus, which can only survive from heavy monsoon rains from thunderstorms. The Mojave desert has no Saguaro, as it doesn't get the heavy monsoon rains as much. The Sonoran desert is actually a "wet desert" as far as deserts are concerned, and can get as much as 15-20" of rain, mostly during the summer.I love those crackling thunderstorms! It gives me energy!
