Last survivor of an Amazon tribe caught on tape

    Video at link

The "Man of the Hole" is the last surviving member of an indigenous tribe in Brazil that was wiped out during an attack by encroaching farmers in 1995. Since then, he's continued to live on his own, avoiding contact with the modern world and maintaining his solo lifestyle.

did some studying about this in Anthro class last semester.............it's a sad day.
The original tribe tried to fight against it, but the globalists decided they wanted the lad more than his tribe needed it.
They are still stripping vast rain forests in anticipation of expanding "civilization" into those areas.

    Umm ...

At my ripe old age, I have come to realize the rainforests have been disappearing now for well, all my life, and they still aren't gone.

It's kinda tricky, I think, because rainforests grow back very fast. So to say they're disappearing is at least somewhat disingenous.

Lefties, for all their 'green' bloviating seem blissfully unaware that forests are an immanently renewable resource.

Rainforests especially are. Forests of the inland US, Rocky Mountains and elsewhere, not nearly as quickly.

When you see a swath of rainforest gone, it doesn't mean it won't come back fairly quickly.

building roads and cities on that cleared acreage don't help one bit. hard for trees to grow through roads and buildings...imagine all the strip malls they build as well. It is the epitome of gentrification. Indigenous tribes are displaced and their way of life, lost
