And the government would not assure the over production of cheap corn in relation to other food stuffs unless corn syrup was good for us, correct?
You are mistaken that it is Monsanto's fault. Grains were used long before Monsanto came along and grains have become the filler, so to speak, to feed nations. Without them, we could not feed everyone.

That said, substantive grain diets are not the norm for humans as they are relatively new to the diet in the amounts that are available so some have dietary issues with them.
When Donald Trump said to protest “peacefully”, he meant violence.

When he told protesters to “go home”, he meant stay for an insurrection.

And when he told Brad Raffensperger to implement “whatever the correct legal remedy is”, he meant fraud.

Man is designed to be a meat eater. That was first and everything else was extra.

Man is an omnivore so designed to eat both meat and vegetables. Meat eaters have short intestines and grain eaters have long intestines and we are somewhere inbetween.

I won't dispute that. I will say we are mostly designed to be meat eaters. meat comes first.

BTW, grains are in the food pyramid because the vast majority of our recent ancestors survived on them.

I'm sick of hearing about the Monsanto conspiracy. I'm sick of hearing about all conspiracies, really.

In the last couple of years, I underwent a medical treatment that caused me to gain lots of weight. I had to change my lifestyle and eating habits because I was pre-diabetic. Now I look at the labels of everything I buy. Unless it is a meal item, if it is a snack and has more than ten grams of carbs, I do not buy it. I also pay attention to calories and try to make sure that my foods have lots of protein. I am not as concerned about fat as I am with carbs.

Along with a regular exercise routine that includes 4 days a week at the gym doing cardio for a half hour and resistance training two days a week, and walking 2 miles every day, I lose an average of 2 pounds per week. I am down about 135 lbs from my highest weight.
Faith can move mountains, but don't forget to bring your shovel.

Wait...what? You lost 135 pounds? Or you're down to 135 pounds?
