State-run media and state-run education seem like the sorts of things any socialist could get behind.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

I pledge allegiance to the Constitution as written and understood by this nation's founders, and to the Republic it created, an indivisible union of sovereign States, with liberty and justice for all.

There is a lot of truth in that!GW Bush allowed more jobs and plants to go to China than anyone!

What's next for the republicans? It seems to me tRump is doing irreparable harm to the party. They are pushing out everyone with any difference of opinion. Look at all the retirements, listen to what the folks here call people like McCain and corker. Dissent will not be tolerated, free thinking is strictly forbidden. And tolerance? Forgetaboutit!

My question is what's next? After the midterms all dissenting voices will have been silenced. It won't be the republican party, it will be the tRump party. Even in the extremely unlikely evenent of a second term when that's over what will you kids do? You've already lost the ability to compromise or cooperate with anyone,. Will you just find another loudmouth to tell you what you want to hear? It won't be pence, he's pretty much been totally subsumed by tRump. Will you be able to find someone to follow slavishly like you do tRump? Seems to me you'll pretty much have to, either that or just fade away.

    What are your plans?
The same thing the Dems are planning to do. They can't carry on an intelligent conversation or give on anything. They have no leaders. They don't have another Obama to worship. They have nothing a sane person wants.

What are their plans. Whatever it is the republicans will brat them.

    This was easy.

There is no answer that is acceptable to you. This is just a Trump rant.

(As concerning the term, "cooperate," I wonder just how many Democrats intend to cooperate as concerning the confirmation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. Or is cooperation supposed to be a one-way street?)

    (3) The intentional mangling of another's name ("tRump") is simply puerile. One might expect as much from a third grader.

One may advance a serious disagreement on policy issues, without becoming insulting. (But perhaps some on the left simply do not understand just how this works.)
    OK, I'll compromise! T.Rump

The losing party will splinter till some faction figures out how to win again. Hint: socialism/democratic socialism is not a winning ticket.

There's all this talk about the two major parties being fractured. It really doesn't appear that way with the Republicans. At least if you use polling data as a guide. Republicans support Trump in the 90% range.

Democrats are clearly divided. The democratic socialist move is tearing them apart.

I believe the media is trying to minimize the fracture within the Democratic Party by claiming both parties are in bad shape.

I wish the media would take a closer look at third part types, but the media is too beholding to the political establishment to do that. I don't know why either. It's not like an alternative would be a danger to their existence.
