Largest shark attack in history was a ‘physiological apocalypse’ -- It was a feeding frenzy after a Japanese submarine torpedoed the USS Indianapolis on July 30, 1945. Some 900 American sailors were stranded in shark-infested waters, where an estimated 50 men a day were ripped apart by the predators. Only about a quarter of the original crew would survive, and a final tragic death would come 23 years later back on American soil. This is “Dark History” by the New York Post.

I don't think their mission allowed it. They were on a secret mission and had just delivered parts and the uranium for Little Boy.

I cant imagine what these guys went through. This is true valor. Don't get me wrong. It is not as brave as Katylin Jenner coming out, or College SJW's standing against use of the wrong pronoun.. Still all the same.. Brave Americans at their best.
