There is nothing about leadership that brings with it immunity from prosecution except maybe in third world countries and dictatorships, and it seems to me that in not prosecuting, your suggesting exactly that -- that we're doing the same thing as third world countries do.

I can answer and I'm certainly not a libtard. We, as a nation, do not imprison our highest leaders. We are not a third world country. We may impeach them but we have lost that opportunity since both are no longer in the government.
