The more they find in Egypt the harder it becomes for me to believe they built it without some outside expertise

Sane here and what about Stonehenge , those massive stones were hauled many miles . I'm not sure a 1,000 engineers could do that with the technology of the time. Think about how wealthy the Egyptians must have been to spend those resources for that long to build artful tombs.
