Are you talking about the same laws that are in effect for public accommodation that bounds businesses to serve people they otherwise would not want to? The same laws that force a town clerk to issue a marriage license to a same sex couple, even if it goes against their religious beliefs?

Or are those laws somehow different and therefore the hard right cheers whenever someone breaks them....

What is so hard to understand? If she violated this procedure why should she not be deported? If she wants her family with her, they can go with her. Nothing is stopping them.

Tombs of Unknown Soldiers are generally regarded as someone who fought and died as a *Person without a Nation*

You would think someone like you who spent your entire military life as a Jag Corps officer would know that.

Infantry for almost half of that time. The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier contains the remains of soldiers that could not be identified with the technology of the time. It was presumed they were Americans, but some of the enemy could have ended up in there. It is what it is; I am fine with that.

When Ellis Island was still open you would have gotten turned back- dimness was a reason for non-entry.

We can't identify them (unless we open the Tomb- which we are not going to do).

I would rather have some illegal entombed there than to listen to dross from some idiot who wants to open America's borders to all comers. At least he served....

fter living in Central Florida for years, married to a Marine and raising two daughters, Alejandra Juarez is facing deportation to Mexico next week — unless she gets a last-minute reprieve.
Juarez’s pending deportation is destroying her family, she said.
Her youngest daughter Estela, 8, who does not speak Spanish, will move to Mexico with her because Juarez’s husband travels regularly for work and would be unable to care for her.
Her 16-year-old daughter, Pamela, will remain in Davenport to finish high school. She is saving every penny she earns working at a restaurant to purchase plane tickets to visit her mother and sister.
The broad was an illegal alien.

The rule on illegal aliens is that they're in the country illegally.

So when they're caught, they're deported.

The so-called Iraqi Vet knew full well that his wife was an illegal alien, so he should be arrested for harboring a fugitive, conspiring to violate federal immigration law, and being a dick.

Who gives a crap about the anchor baby?
