So then you believe the fable that the Demos who finally voted for the Civil Rights act of 64.....which they failed to do in 57 and 1960. Wherein those acts mostly dealt with voting. Now were all of a sudden for Minorites and women? The Northern Demos knew they had to get minorities to vote for them or there was no way for them to win elections.
This did not change their ideology of Whites running the government and their party.
