They do. And we'd know it. There are international laws, donttread. Many nations patrol however, the Chinese find it difficult. Unlike the US, they do not have vast experience projecting power thousands of miles from China. The US has a wealth of knowledge operating in the South China and East China Seas. Bring it.

Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

China's goal is to intimidate all of the non-US nations in the region. I believe China is already capable of keeping the US out of the China Seas should they choose to do so.
