Plaintiff awarded $289 million in verdict against Monsanto.

... the jury determin[ed] that Monsanto’s Roundup weedkiller caused his [plaintiff's] cancer and that the corporation failed to warn him of the health hazards from exposure. The jury further found that Monsanto “acted with malice or oppression” ... [He testified that] Monsanto should not have let him use the herbicide near schoolchildren, saying: “I never would’ve sprayed that product on school grounds or around people if I knew it would cause them harm.” https://www.theguardian.com/business...johnson-ruling
Only if he didn't read the label. He was employeed as the school's groundskeeper. As groundskeeper, it's his job to know what he's doing on the grounds, and that includes, unfortunately, reading labels. Otherwise, save a place for me on that great big golden gravy train.

This decision will almost certainly be reversed on appeal. SanFranpsycho is once again at its most absurd.

Hard to say. The evidence that there is a higher rate of his type of cancer is anecdotal. Probable means there is no evidence it causes cancer.
When Donald Trump said to protest “peacefully”, he meant violence.

When he told protesters to “go home”, he meant stay for an insurrection.

And when he told Brad Raffensperger to implement “whatever the correct legal remedy is”, he meant fraud.

    War is peace.

    Freedom is slavery.

    Ignorance is strength.
